Casa Nova by Luigi Prati

We love our land, and we take care of the production of our wines in every single detail.
The passion for our work, and love for the Earth, have pushed us towards organic production, from planting to bottling, and we use products with very low environmental impact.

All the wines produced by Luigi Prati's Casa Nova farm contain a quantity of sulphites much lower than the limits established by the regulation of organic wines.
Currently, two of our wines are sulphite-free. In the whole winemaking process, from pressing to bottling, no type of Sulfite is used for these particular wines.

We are Certified by ICEA , the Institute for Environmental Certification.
The ICEA brand is synonymous with guarantee, control and quality for organic productions such as agriculture, animal husbandry, beekeeping, aquaculture, product transformation, wine production.

In the months of February, March and April you can come, by telephone appointment, to our cellar to taste them directly from the barrel.
Some of our wines are available, in moderate quantities, also in bulk.
